I have no trouble accessing the site, so it probably isn't a DNS or routing issue. Most cases where you cannot access a web site are due to your current IP being blocked. That usually means at some point in the past, the IP address you have was used in some sort of hacking attack (generally this occured while the address was unassigned), and is now blocked to prevent future attacks. Unfortunately at some point these addresses are usually handed out to service providers, but until someone unblocks them at the site, will remain blocked to what are now legitimate users.

You can verify this by running a tracert to www.mundotri.com.br and see if you actually get there (if the IP address is blocked, you won't get a reply to the ping however) you know it isn't a DNS or a routing issue. You might check http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check to see if your IP address is in fact 'black listed'.

Unfortunately ip blocking  is an issue Verizon cannot help you with. What you need to do is contact the site administrator at mundotri.com.br , and point out that your IP address is now registered to Verizon, and ask that the address be unblocked.

Your other choice is to try and obtain a new IP address that is not blocked. That usually requires that your turn off the Verizon router for several hours and hope for the best. If you don''t renew the lease on the IP address, it goes back into the pool, and if you are lucky, someone else will get it. That process for getting a new IP address is far from reliable however.
