My internet has slowed down. and cannot to some of the websites such as yahoo.com and newegg.com
this started happening. since the firmware update by VERZION.
. basically last night i was firmware on the router 40.21.10.2. and now after the firmware update it has Current Version: 40.21.10.3. this is what causing the issue. before the firmware update everything was super fast and excellent. now everything is horrible.
EVERYONE be careful of the new firmware update.

what city, state are you in?
what is the issue your having? random websites not connecting.
change the MTU setting in the Router to 1496. that should fix the issue. but this is only a temporary fix. until Verizon comes a permanent fix.

Try using your remote and TV to have VZ run diagnostics:
Remote>menu>internet>network help>fix a slow connection

I read your post and now i'm trying to force an upgrade in my router, after it said there is a new verzion available, thinking maybe that will fix the issue, since I've been having slow speeds too starting tonight.
But Verizon called me back and said the engineers are working to fix a problem that is affecting all the customers in my area. SO I don't know whats going on....and its taking a real long time for this firmware update lol.
