CONTACTS FROM PREVIOUS ISP

Does anyone know if Verizon can import your address book from your previous ISP? Or should I try to export it to a pst & import it into new Verizon email account?

You can just keep using the same email client, just remove your old ISP and add your verizon.net pop settings.

incoming.verizon.net

outgoing.verizon.net

If you are using the web-based email client provided by the  ISP, of course you can not keep using that with your new isp.  Verizon has a free service called Trueswitch which may be usefull to you. It will depend on whether or not you have already discontinued the old isp account.
