What Steves? Are you joking? I've not seen one FioS installation where Cable can even compete with the speeds and consistancy that FioS provides. As for support? Verizon's Fiber Solution Center is open 24/7 and if they can't resolve the problem over the phone they will send a tech out to resolve any issues.
I"m curious though...I don't see your post stating your situation in this forum...Is there something we can help you with?
