customer agreement activation...

I just received a letter from Verizon telling me that to take advantage of my monthly savings for the bundle I need to accept the customer agreement at www.verizon.net/fiobundleterms

Once there it asks for my ID and password. But this not my Verizon account ID, they want my internet ID, which I do not have yet.

So I go to register and it asks me for my order number and zip code. I enter the 9 digit order number that is on all my paper work and receive the following message:

Please enter a valid 13 character and digit order number.

There is no 13 digit number.  Any ideas? All my services have all ready been installed, do I really need to even do this?

I ran into the same issue. You have to call support, and they will try to activate it for you. If that does not work, they will send you a paper agreement to sign.

Thats stinks. Calling support is right up there with getting my finger nails pulled out with a pair of pliers.

No, No, No, don't be so dramatic. I would much rather have my finger nails pulled out with a pair of pliers.

done! Wow, not that hard.I just hit "0" until I spoke to someone and then it went pretty smoothly. Skipping the dreaded "let's try to solve this for you" recording is a life saver. Turned out I needed my temporary username and password which I was never provided, and according to support, no one seems to be.

If the tech ran his tech wizard on your computer it left an icon called Fios Summary or Fios Connection Summary. Your order number is in there. It begins with CCOG, MCOG or ICOG followed by nine numbers. Otherwise you can call Tech Support.
