Direct phone number for billing disputes

Hi,

I have billing dispute with Verizon Fios Internet only account. I have been calling the whole day to talk to someone in billing and getting transferred from billing to customer financial service department to DSL to phone line. 

I just need a direct phone number or an office where i can go and talk to someone to resolve my issues. The online contact information is a joke and I have multiple phone numbers that are passed to me none of them work. Please try to see what comes up when you look for FIOS call it redirect to page with long distance listing.
