We have trouble getting emails to Earthlink.  We use outgoing.verizon.net for smtp, as suggested to help this situation, but it still fails.

Results:

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its

 Anyone else seeing this?

Also, has anyone noticed that Verizon's "support" webpage a>doesn't display Submit button in Firefox, and b>Fails with a Microsoft IIS error when submitted using IE?

EMail help would be nice though.  Thanks.

Yes, I started seeing this about a week ago at home, and today someone at work complained to me.  Both are Business FiOS with static IPs that aren't on any RBL, so Earthlink has seemingly added all static FiOS IPs to a list for no reason.

If you send an email to the address in the bounce message, an autoreply will give you instructions on how to get your IP removed from the list.  This system has been down for the last 10 days or so, but I finally got a reponse from it today.
