Email issues

All,

Recently I started receiving an email with the following information.  It seems to happen with every email that I get in my inbox. Any ideas?  Is there a setting I might change to correct this issue?

Thanks,

This part: "Error in sieve filter: List too large" indicates that some part of your filtering settings has a list that is too long for the system to handle.

Check to make sure that all of your settings on verizon.net are within their respective limits. All of these should be contained in the "Mail" link under My Settings.

Block/Safe List - This is your most likely culprit.

Limit: 300

Go to the "Blocking" tab. There should be a line that says:

"You are using X entries in your Block Sender List, X entries in your Safe List. Your combined limit is 300."

Mail Filters

Limit: 50

Go to the "Filters" tab. Unfortunately there is no quick count display like there is for the Block list. It should display a list of your filters though, so they can be counted.

If you are over the limit on either of these, remove enough entries to put yourself back within the limit. This should stop that message from appearing.

Hope this helps!

Thanks for the reply.  This does make sense in that my blocked filter list had a LOT of duplicate entries, sometimes up to 4 times for a particular listing.

I went ahead and removed everything from the blocked list to see what happens.

Thank you again and I'll respond back with results.
