email to reach an agent on my billing?

After returning routers for 2 months, I still get charged for the router. Also I got the cheaper router ($7/month) and was charged with Quantum ($10/month) from the beginning.
I'm busy when at work, it would be much easier if I just email an agent with my case and resolved without waiting on phone.
I checked everywhere on site but couldn't find a solution. Chat is closed today. Chat with a computer does not yield anything. How can reach a real person.
Can someone from Verizon help?
