I purchased a wireless Actiontec extender for my home. The Verzion tech was here for another issue and set it up. We thought that it was working because were were still seeing my old extender. Unfortunely it was just the connection not dropping from the old extender. I have tried everything. I powered it down. I hit the wep button on the top for 8 seconds and it was blinking red, I ran to the router and pushed the WEP button there but Nothing is happening. Any suggestions?
