OUr Galaxy Tab 4 started to create lag around the network when is in use. Had been doing research and it advices to have the equipment connected via 5 GHZ . I have a Netgear router which supports the 5 GHZ connectivity. Now, I'm trying to follow the instructions provided to do so but I can't get access to 1492.168.1.1 even if I use the right user/password info. Why? I'm trying to do so from the network wired connected computer.
We didn't used to have this lag before. I think Verizon might be related to it? IDK

The correct IP address for your Actiontec router is 192.168.1.1, not 1492.xxx. Was that just a typo in your post or have you been using the wrong IP to try to access the router's setup?
