As an FYI, I noticed the same problem this week when I got back from vacation. It happens on all computers in the house (7 or 😎 with a mixture of XP SP3, Vista,SP1 and Server (2000 and 2008). I called TS this morning and was informed that they did a firmware update to the fiber box in the garage and that they have verified it slowed down the download speeds. He reset my router to be sure but nothing helped. Said they are working on a new update that should be installed within the next couple of days, no longer then a week. George
