I have two computers - a desktop and a laptop connected to my FIOS. Whenever I go online or try to, I get an error message showing trouble with accessing the network and asks if I want to diagnose the problem, most of the time, it comes back and says no problem found. One time it indicated there was a problem with the router.
Logging on is as slow or slower than when I had dial up.
I have Windows OneCar for security etc. It shows my computer is fine. I have an almost impossible time logging into the yahoo email.
I thought maybe it was the yahoo home page and changed it to the verizon central page but no change.
When this started up, I updated to the new windows explorer to see if it would make a difference but none.
I noticed the problems starting shortly after they upgraded the cable to all digital and we had to install digital boxes to all of our tv's. I didn't know if that was part of the problem. Anyone have any ideas?
