I purchased a Fios G3100 Router and matching Extender for upstairs.
I paired the two as per the instructions, moved the extender to the weak signal area. I presented a strong white signal indicating a connection.
Occasionally however The light on the extender flashes yellow. Then it goes back to solid white. What is wrong with this?

A slow yellow blink indicates that extender is too far from the router. A fast yellow blink means it is too close. It's possible that the RSSI score changes from time to time due to interference causing the yellow blinking.
