So with the annoucement that Verizon workers will be starting work again Monday, I wonder if all us that had our installs cancelled will receive new calls with new dates or do we have to sign up again and wait.........been a month now since no tv or internet. Hopefully they have a record of who signed up when and get the oldest done first as well.

You should be able to get all the info on your order that a rep in the call center would see if you called-in to find out.
