FiOS Internet Outage in Tampa, FL?

Hi our Internet has not been working for a few hours now. Does anyone know if there's a broad Internet outage in Tampa, FL?

The little world light on my router is yellow, and all our computers/mobile devices are able to connect to the router, and so I don't get any connectivity errors on my PC, but it won't connect to any websites and our WiFi on our phones also connect to the router but just nothing comes up on the Internet.

I tries turning off the power to my router, turning back on and letting it reboot.

Our zip is 33613. Any help would be appreciated.

Our Fios Internet was out yesterday for a few hours. We called and were told rather rudely that there was no problem anywhere. We didn't  believe the rep because this has happened before. We left Comcast because of poor service and now just when we have to decide whether to renew with Verizon, this happens. At least with Comcast the reps weren't so rude. By the way we live in  Baltimore County Maryland.
