FIOs Internet Slow for everyone else too or is it just ME?

Ok. It may be because of the storm but I just want to make sure it's not just me. My download is usually 1Mbps Now it's 0.5mbps. I can't do anything with it.

I live in NYC, Manhattan.

I tried "ALL" the tips from the online help system. Still it's stuck at 0.5mps.

I am in Syracuse, NY and it's been slow/spotty for the last couple of hours for me as well.
