FIOS INTERNET WITH TIVO TV AND SECONDARY ROUTER

I have FIOS service with TIVO. The current network configuration is as follows:

Verizon OTD connected to Verizon router via MoCA and CAT 5E Ethernet to WAN port.

Netgear AX12 router connected to Verizon router via CAT 6 cable from Verizon router LAN port to Netgear WAN Port.

Business WiFi extender antenna and two security camera's connected to Netgear router via LAN ports.

MoCA cable from Verizon OTD connected to splitter with one cable going to TiVO and another cable going to the Verizon Router.

Not sure this is correct setup as it seems like the Netgear router keeps disconnecting and reconnecting to the Internet. It's almost like there is a loop in the network causing a crash.

Need suggestion on correct setup.

First of all, you don't need to use all caps to "yell" on the discussion board. You are largely talking to fellow customers here.

From your description, you are making a double NAT. You should reduce the Netgear router into a switch + access point combo by disabling its routing functions and DHCP servers. You should bridge the Netgear LAN to the G3100 LAN through an Ethernet cable.

If the Netgear router keeps connecting and disconnecting, I would think of some sort of hardware reset as you mentioned you suspect a layer 2 loop somewhere. Have you changed any Netgear's configurations?
