My router cannot connect to the internet this morning. Reboot doesn't help. WAN light stays dark. Called verizon but put on hold forever and ever with little hope of talking with a real people person.
Is there a way to place a service request via the web (still have cellular access)?
Is there a way to check FIOS status in my neighborhood?
Absolutely!!! Just call and pretend you want to upgrade or buy something. Verizon has that line stocked with friendly people dying to get your money 🙂

Tried to reconnect of an on the whole day. No luck. Never got through to tech support either.
