I've had FIOS service for many years and just upgraded from 50/25 -> 75/35. Does anyone know if Verizon offers an upgrade of the OTN, which is currently limited to 10/100? My firewall, DMZ and internal network are all 1GB and I have concerns about network saturation with all the devices, laptops, desktops and gaming systems using the pipe.
The ONT won't be upgraded unless you order a tier faster than 75Mbps/35Mbps. Your Gigabit LAN won't choke the ONT out as the network will be limited further upstream.
