FIOS out in Aberdeen Nj since 0100 hours

FIOS out of service since 0100 Saturday AM. Getting no answers and no updates. What the heck is going on??? Reps have been very unhelpful in phone, but I believe they are on some kind of gag order from corporate!! What’s going on??? I am thinking a major hack or a main FIOS line being cut accidentally??

It could be as simple as a downed fiber line in your neighborhood.

No sense looking at conspiracy theories.
