My contract is about to expire and when I log in to my Verizon Fios account, it shows me an offer to renew and get $100 gift card. When I click to see what my renewal options are, it ends up on a welcome page showing a family in the kitchen cooking and three large circles blinking left to right. Then nothing.
I've tried multiple browsers on Mac and Windows, an iPad... same results. I even tethered my iPad to my T-Mobile phone to see if going outside my home network would make a difference. Still can't get past that page.
Has anyone else experienced this or have a suggestion?

Did you try and first clear the cache on the browsers? The second suggestion is to turn off the “pop up blocker” and then turn off the computer/laptop/tablet then restart it. Then try going back to that page again.
Thank you for the suggestions Jon. I have tried these and am still stuck watching that family prepare their dinner. Surely I'm not the only one experiencing this. I've been trying all week to get past this page. 😞
