How do I delete unkown devices connected to my router?

I see there are ACTIVE and INACTIVE devices.

I see there are ENABLED and DISABLED devices.

I know I can select DISABLED for any device.

But how do I delete these devices all together?

Any devices showing up are devices that have connected to your router.

You can try rebooting router.

But if those devices connect again at some time, they will show up again.
