Hey,
When I placed the order, I was told that I won't be charged the 99 setup fee, but it still shows up on my bill. Also, I enrolled in autopsy and the discount is on my order email, but the statement shows the original plan amount.
I've been trying to call customer service for hours in the last 2 days, but no one is asking the phone. Is there any Verizon staff that could help with the issue?

Probably not at the present time with the virus situation.
usually if ordered online your confirmation email shows the install fee waived. If you chatted or called in during that order you get dinged with the fee.
try again after this all passes over.
