FIOS Site Builder

I have tried several times over the last couple of weeks to access the site builder but I get an error each tike. Is site builder still available or has it gone the way of news groups?

Here's what I get:

500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Trying to access site builder for the first time. Clicking the button at http://my.verizon.com/central/vzc.portal?_nfpb=true&_pageLabel=pws always just returns me to the same page!  (Each time there is a popup blocker notice from IE that disappears too fast to for me to allow the popup, whatever it is...)

And the link specified in the "solution" last July responds "404".

You have to turn off the pop-up blocker to get to it. The Sitebuilder opens in a new window.
