Hi, for years I've been a satisfied customer, but recently my internet, (along with my television signal and phone) would stop working.
Strangely enough it happens at exactly XX:05 and XX:33, about every thirty minutes.
I'm not completely sure what is going on, but the WAN Coax signal on my MI424-WR will turn off, television will black out, and my phone will ring but with no one on the other end.
They will eventually restore to normal, but this is quite annoying. Can anyone help me out?
Sorry to hear about the frequent disconnects. Sounds like an issue with your ONT with all the services effected like that. I have sent you a private message to get more information.
