Frontier address identifier says NO, but if I call an online rep they can give me FIOS??

Question...we live in Portland, NW out Hwy 26. We assume that Frontier is the company to get FIOS from? When we called Frontier they were not giving any of the online offers I see for getting the prepaid VISA cards or cheap bundles...is there a difference fbetween calling Frontier vs. doing it online? And WHY is it that when I put my address in for these bundle packages, it always tells me that it can't give me service if or that address? But when I called Frontier, they have no problem with giving me FIOS for my address???

Why are you asking this in a VZ forum?

VZ sold off FIOS in OR and WA to Frontier 18 months ago.

VZ no longer has anything to do with FIOS in OR and WA.

Frontier retains the right to use the FIOS name for a limited time.
