Hey guys, I understand this is a user forum, but I am hopeful someone from verizon will see and can escalte this, I'm sure MANY users would apperciate this being addressed.
I was having a lot of packet loss from ALTER.net to ATT network for the past week; but seems to have been fixed as of 2100 hours today. fingers crossed.
But this still leaves G1-5-0-3.WASHDC-LCR-22.verizon-gni.net. Can someone please esclate a ticket to verizon engineers, trying to get a hold of someone who knows something via phone or chat is impossible.
My traces are here, and you can clearly see the outtanding issue:

If you notice a gap in PacketLoss1 before the orange starts, thats when i did a DHCP release & renew and now im routing through some ugliness.

Employees on these forum have helped me get to the right Verizon person many times. You might even try sending one of them a message. They can be very helpful.
