I am experiencing problems also.The major problem is that when my son is playing his on-line game I can't watch a movie on Netflix .It causes major problems with watching movies on Netflix and it slows down his game big time.Wish Verizon could do something to fix the problem but I don't think they are capable of that.I am 100% dissatisfied with Verizon.Don't even think about changing to Verizon. Thats how disgusted I am with my service.
