For the past few days, whenever I try to browse these forums, a few seconds after signing in, I am bounced back to the "MyVerizon" page and a pop-up window opens to show me a video entitled "Your personalized video bill". This will happen three or four times until it finally stays on the forum. I am using Firefox 36.0.4. I have various privacy and security plugins, but I have verizon whitelisted.
I've been seeing the same thing here in either Firefox or IE 11. Or almost the same thing.
I don't see the video you mentioned, and I only have to re-navitage to the forums once, but I have to do it each time I go to the forums.

It takes me briefly to the FiOS forums page, then it goes through signing you in and finding your account info, then it opens the My Verizon home page.
The bottom line is every time I want to start from scratch and come to the forums I have to click 4 times.

Not the end of the world, I guess, but it is mildly annoying.
I used your link and had no problem staying on forums.
I was having the same issue.
I was able to do a work around for now.
Log in to your Verizon account.
Then sign off.
Try accessing forum.
If you still get bounced out, try and see if you can hit sign out before it redirects.
If all that fails, then clear out all Verizon cookies and try again.
When you sign in, do not select stay signed in for 2 weeks.
That appears to be the issue (at least for me).
