You get back when fios doesn't want to send a piece of your mail?
The original message use to detail that a 3rd party had determined they were spam (talk about guts)...The 3rd party can't be effectively contacted for an exploitation.
I complained so now the message just says it can't be completed.
Of course, they're still determining when you can send an email piece...to a single person.
Funny, they didn't mention censorship when I signed up for this.
