Horrible Customer Service!

I have been trying to get thru to Verizon since last night. I call, sit on hold listening to annoying music for over 30 minutes and then get cut off. I have no Fios service. No Internet, phone or TV. Can't submit a ticket online using my android phone either. Amazing that Verizon expects their payment on time but they aren't available for their customers!
