HOW CAN I CHANGE MY PASSWORD ON VERIZON.NET

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD ON VERIZON.NET.  I HAVE FIOS.

I AM SO FRUSTRATED THEY STATE A SECRET QUESTION NULL AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THAT MEANS.

I WANT TO ONLY CHANGE MY PASSWORD.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED.

Sounds like you don't have a secret question set up. Do you just want to change your password or have you forgotten your password?

If you just want to change it then you should be able to do that easily by logging in with your current password.

If you've forgotten your password, you'll probably need to contact Verizon Tech Support and have them reset it for you. There are options on their Contact Us page.

I just want to change my password I did not forget it. 

Can you explain how I can do this in a simple term or give me a link?

while logged into your account there is a red verizon bar at the top.

hover over account, hover account profile, and select residential.'

change password is on that screen.

I would like to change my password and I did not forget it.  Just would like a new password.

IF you are logged on here first find your profile page (Welcome yourname) on top of the page.  IF you can't see manage account settings, Hit the hide button (something is screwed up there) for manage account.  Manage account, one of the options that shows up is change password.
