Vista 32 bit. The earlier versions of the agent worked fine. The latest will not start. No error messages. Click and nothing. Deleted and re-installed 20+ times. Cleaned computer, registry, my rug, restored to earlier date.... everything I can think of. The wizards at Verizon recommended that I uninstall and re-install. Any other ideas? Anyone have the older version hanging around?

Having the same issue with a Windows 7 64 bit machine. Error 1721. Looks to me like the new software update wasn't properly tested. Thinks theres another version out there when we uninstalled it.
