Incorrect Installation Information and Horrible Customer Service

Alright, I'm here because I was given incorrect information regarding my service installalation. I was told I'd need to be home for installation but then the next day that appeared to be incorrect, then my conversation with customer service that day was completely unhelpful. I'm hoping someone from Verizon will reach out to me regarding my concerns.
