Hopefully someone here can help me. I have the inhome agent installed on my computer. About a month ago, I opened it and I was only able to click on the internet icon, the tv and phone icons are greyed out. I have uinstalled and reinstalled it about 12 times wit no luck. Verizon support as been pretty much useless. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
