I was at our new condo specifically to set-up the internet and on-line security.  After waiting all morning I finally called Verizon and was informed that there was an engineering problem and the installer would not be coming out.  I don't live in the area and was there specifically for that purpose.  So I scheduled another trip to get it done.  What a horrible way to start a business relationship!  AND when I called today they offered me a whole $25. discount!???  How about paying for my time?  Or reimburse the acitiviation fee....  I had an appointment, all the equipment ready and they didn't call to cancel or reschedule.  I was extremely upset and am looking for another internet provider.
