I've been having intermittent wireless outages and noticed the "My Router" screen showing :
Router Status
STOP!
Check your Broadband Connection .
Broadband Connection
Ethernet Status: Disconnected
and the System Monitoring Full Status showing
Broadband Connection (Ethernet) - Cable DIsconnected
Coax - Cable Disconnected
Broadband Connection (Coax) - Cable Disconnected
Any idea what I should check?
Thanks,
Pete

If it hasn't already resolved itself.
- Check cables as suggested from router to Ont.
- Reboot Router.
- If no Help turn router off, turn Unplug ONT and Battery (if you have one), then replug in battery, then ONT. Once Ont shows good status, turn router back on.
- Contact verizon. Sometimes they can tell immediatedly (and sometimes without talking to someone), that a problem exists and reset it semi-automatically. If that doesn't happen talk to support.

That would be a Fios TV issue and belongs in a different forum. Nothing related to wireless internet.

Tom, are you sure that's the right attachment. Seems to address a different issue.
