Internet disruption

Hi, a few days ago, my internet/tv/phone went out.  I placed a service call and my router and a part of the ONT were replaced.

 

Since then, it seems that between 8pm-10pm EST my internet disconnects.  I've done the router reboot most times, but regardless, within about 30 mins, it reconnects.  This hasn't happened before, so I'm at a loss.

 

Is this a problem with the router? or could it be something else.  It's irritating and I don't want to wait for it to go completely dead.
