I have had 2 verizon techs come to my house and tell me the Neptune pop has been hacked. Every night for the last 6 weeks the gateway would go up and down. If this cannot be resolved because it is too expensive I will cancell my service and go woth optimum and i will NOT pay the internet part of my bill. If anyone from verizon sees this and has an answer please respond.

????Are you sure they were from Verizon.  Doesn't sound like the way they operate.

yes they were from verizon and in a verizon truck.
