- EDIMAX EW-7811Un Wireless Nano Adapter IEEE 802.11b/g/n USB 2.0 So this adapter has an excellent connection and very slow speeds and disconnects itself after several minutes of inactivity. Any suggestions? I've tried all drivers for win 7 64bit and they all work and do the samething. Die.

With the latest drivers installed, check to make sure the Wireless Adapter isn't going into a power save mode. It's possible it is going into Power Save after inactivity. What kind of speeds are you getting on the Wireless adapter, for reference?
