My ipad constantly looses connection, several times an hour. This only happens at home, never when I'm using wifi. Does the router have anything to do with this? It's M1424WR.
You indicate you never have issues using wifi. Please explain this because what are you using at home?
Are you using 3G/4G and then wifi or what?
Lets assume you are using wifi at home with a connection to the actiontec router. You may have inteference from other devices at home. Interefernce could come from microwaves, cordless phones or inteference from other wireless LAN routers. You may want to look into changing the wireless LAN channel to either 1, 6 or 11 and see if that helps.
