I have Media Manage rrunning successfully on Windows Server 2012 if I start it while logged into the Server. I want it to run using Task Scheduler when no user is logged on but when it runs, the STB is unable to play AVI files (STB finds MM and files no problem).
I have used the "Start in" option in Task scheduler, "run with highest privilige" and other settngs. Startup is not supported for Windows Server 2012
I assume this has something to do with a file that cannot be found when running without a user being logged on. Any thoughts?
Appreciate any ideas.

Sounds like the case. Are the files stored under a user's folder or are they stored in a public folder? If you're running Media Manager as a priveledged user, you'll need to run it non-interactively (so it runs without a login session) as the user who has the media files you're trying to access. That should get it working.
