I'm about to move my fios service in another area and I have been having trouble with this address I have called several people in the customer service but they also have been having trouble here is my new address : {edited for privacy}It is a building with units I have been having issues with this address of not being found in the verizon system.
I am a very happy consumer with verizon fios and I would love to stay with the same services at our new home. It is only a mile away from where I'm moving. Also if anyone knows where I could contact the engineering department that would be great if I could have a talk with them about my new address.
Does anyone else in the building have FiOS? It may not be wired for FiOS -- many apartment buildings are not.
