I placed an order on Jun 27 for a replacement router. I have yet to receive the new router. However, yesterday I received an email from Verizon stating I need to return my old router by July 27 or incur charges. I can't return the old router until I get the new one. I called Verizon and the lady I spoke to was very nice and was able to confirm that my status is in fact still pending. Mind you, I had to get transferred a bit and spend almost an hour in total. However, very nice lady and was able to confirm the issue. My biggest concern right now is that I have no other confirmation that I don't have to submit until I receive the new router. I want to ensure I have 30 days to submit from the time I get the new one.
