Not Getting 75/75 Speed After Upgrade

i just upgraded to the Verizon Quantam Gateway 1100.  With that upgrade included the 75/75.   I've yet to see anyting remotely close to those speeds - wifi or hooked directly to the router.  During the speed tests, i'm also seeing inconsistent speeds.

Are you testing your speeds with the Verizon speed test?  If not, try it via this link:
