Not Getting What I Am Paying For

I currently have the 300Mbps speed, however; i have done several tests and i am only getting 130Mbps on a good day. 

I just now started searching for reviews of other people having this same issue. Basically, i am not getting what i am paying for...very disappointing.

If you are on the 300/300 plan it’s via direct connection with ethernet cable from computer to router. You then go to verizon speed test site

not any other site. If it is still slow hardwired call 1-800-VERIZON and have them provision it correctly 

wifi is not guaranteed and speeds will be much slower depending on the device.
