Obtaining FiOS Mobile iOS app when Apple store is not an US account

So I moved to the US about 12-13 months ago, and still retain my apple account in Australia because of banking apps, however I can't install the Verizon FiOS Mobile iOS app because its US-only.

Is there any way to get hold of this app so I can install it on my iPhone?
