MI424WR is the original router we got like 5 or 6 years ago. will verizon give us a new MI424WR gig e to replace it.
or do we need to purchase it from verizon. what do we to do to get a replacement ...really don't want to shell out 99 bucks for this as it has terrible reviews
or could we buy a cisco and replace ourselves without too much hassle
