One website has been very slow for me for about 2-3 weeks now. Sometimes it'd not load the page for a minute or two while other times it would load halfway and I'd have to either wait or refresh. No one else on this site is having problems and every other site is fine for me.
Does anyone know what gives? I have FiOS.

Too many variables when you talk about ONE website. Could be the WEBSITE;s problem. THe company the Website uses to support its website. The network it is on. Some connections somewhere before it gets to a "Verizon" . A peering dispute between Verizon and whatever network is connected to Verizon (read articles about Peering especially as regards Netflix). Verizon own network (rarer but does happen).
Start with a tracert to see if there is any hint of a network problem somewhere.

The three asterisks for lines 4 and 5 worry me. Is there anything that can be done here?

The asterisks simply mean that those servers don't reply to ping requests.
Is justhost.com the website that you're having the problem with? If so, I have no problem connecting to it with IE 11 or Firefox 30.
You might try temporarily (and briefly) disabling any anti-virus program you're running. If that makes no difference, you might try getting your Verizon router get a new WAN IP address.
The easiest and surest way to get an new WAN IP address is to power down your router overnight and then power it back up in in the morning.
That may (or, of course, maybe not) fix the problem.
